Q: How do I use my package or how do I make reservations?

A: To book your vacation dates please call us at 407-753-2121 and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.

Q: How long does it take to receive my confirmation letter and confirmation number?

A:  Please allow us 2-5 business days in high season and 1-3 business days in regular season to get your confirmation number.

Q: Can I verify my confirmation letter with the hotel or resort?

A: Yes, once you receive your confirmation letter it would be include your confirmation number and you can call the hotel to verify the details of your stay.

Q: What do I need to bring at the moment of the registration or check in at the hotel?

A: Bring your confirmation letter along with your photo ID and a credit or debit card under your name as all hotel request two forms of ID. (They asked for a debit/credit card as second form ID for incidentals such as hotel taxes, long distance phone calls and room service)

Q: Can I cancel my dates if I already received my confirmation letter?

A: Yes, you can change your dates with no problem and no extra cost as long as you call 14 days before the check in dates.

Q: Are there any additional fees in this kind of packages?

A: Depends on your reservation request. High season or short notice request may inquire a fee. One of the costs not included in your initial payment is the hotel taxes. Since the room is unused and that money goes directly to the county and state we cannot charge it in advance, taxes are an average of $8 to $18 dollars per night not per person. Also a service fee of $29.99 will be charged at the moment of booking your dates for the destination of your choice.

Q: How can I verify the promotion and your company is legit?

A: We only advertise in your favorite radio stations with all the regulations required to the compliance legal department of the Radio. In order to air live offers of this kind all of our promotions are in accordance with the regulations of the State of Florida since we are registered with the Department of Agriculture and Customer Service under Lodging Group LLC.

Q: How long do I have to use my vacation package?

A:  If you have your package with open dates or you are not sure when to travel you can use your package anytime within 18 months from the activation date of your package.

Q: Can I transfer the package to someone else if I am not able to travel to a specific destination?

A: Yes, you can transfer the package to any qualifying party for any reason; they must be older than 25 years old at the time of check in.

Q: Why are these packages so inexpensive; what is the catch?

A: There is no catch the reason why we can have this kind of promotion is because we are trying to motivate families like yours to travel in a discounted rate to increase the percentage of national tourists traveling to our preferred destinations such as Orlando and Las Vegas.

Q: If I have more people that wants to travel in my package but my accommodation are for 4 people only what options do I have?

A: We have different options to vacation and depending on how many people are traveling in our party we can upgrade your accommodation to a bigger type of room or we can offer you another hotel room with the same specifications as yours please call us at 407-753-2121 to ask for pricing and more details.

Q: Can I choose the hotel that I will be staying at?

A: We work with specific brand and name of hotels; once you submit your travel dates we will be able to tell you which hotel you will be staying at. All of our hotels will offer you complimentary transportation to you and your party to the parks. Also ours hotels are within a 10 miles radius from the main attraction in Orlando such as Disney, Universal and SeaWorld.

Q: What do I have to pay extra for the All inclusive destinations? (if included in my package)

A: We offer all inclusive destinations such as Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Cancun Mexico, Cabo San Lucas Mexico in these offers the resort will provide all of your meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, drinks non-alcoholic and alcoholic the only thing is not included and we ask you is to be generous with the servers, bartenders and the personal of the Resort and leave them tips and gratuities. Taxes and reservation fee may apply at the time of booking.

Q: Do you share or sell my personal information?

A: No, we don’t sell or share your personal information the only additional information you will be receiving are promotional offers about travel and vacation products if you  want to be removed from that list please let us know.
